Wedding Photography Booking form

Thank you  for booking me for your wedding – I’m so happy to be your photographer & look forward to hearing more about your plans & capturing your special day!

To officially secure your date, you will need to complete the following booking form with all of the details that you know to date.
(If unsure of any timings just add TBC and we will go through them closer to the time)

 A 20% non refundable booking deposit is also required of which Bank Transfer details are included as follows:

Dates are held for 7 days from you being sent your booking form. A completed booking form, along with deposit will solely secure your date.

Photography finishes after your first few dances. Delays over 45 minutes past any scheduled first dance, will be charged per hour.

PACKAGE DETAILS

Dates are held for 7 days from you being sent your booking form. A completed booking form, along with deposit will secure your date. Please do contact me if you need an alternative arrangement. Booking deposits are non refundable, to exclusively secure your date.
Pay as one sum, monthly standing order or in instalments.
Payable up to 8 weeks before your wedding date. Payment plans available, ask for details.
