St Ives Cornwall Wedding – Sam & Matt

I was so happy to be asked to join Sam & Matt to capture their beautiful day in St Ives.

Although living in Whitstable, both Sam & Matt wanted to take local suppliers with them to their wedding in Cornwall.

I arrived the day before to have a look around and get to know the area.  Matt had been on holiday to St Ives many times as a child and it was really important to be surrounded by all of his  family.

The Venue was stunning with fabulous views across the beach, which was just a short walk away.
We had such a lot of fun in the evening with most of the wedding party joining us on the beach and having a paddle.

I’ve always loved St Ives and it was amazing to look around all of the quirky side streets and galleries.   It doesn’t feel too much like work when you’re in such a beautiful place and the people around you are so relaxed.
I even made a little holiday out of my trip with my husband to celebrate our own wedding anniversary the next day 😎
